<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 12pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;">Le nom vernaculaire "d'arbre à thé" désigne de nombreuses espèces d'arbres ou d'arbustes du genre <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">Kunzea, Leptospermum</em> et <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">Melaleuca</em> appartenant à la famille des Myrtacées. Cette famille comprend environ 80 genres réparties en 3000 espèces essentiellement tropicale et subtropicale. Le nom <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">tea tree</em> a été anglicisé. Il est formé du Maori "ti" désignant un arbre ou un arbuste bien typé constitué d'un feuillage à grosses touffes de feuilles situées au bout de longues branches nues et de tree, mot anglais désignant l'arbre. Le nom d'arbre à thé aurait été donné au XVIII<sup>eme</sup> siècle par le capitaine Cook, qui ajouta les feuilles de cet arbre à une tisane que buvait son équipage.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 12pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;"> Le <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">Melaleuca alternifolia</em> est un arbuste de 3 à 4 mètres de haut dont le tronc possède une écorce se détachant en lanières à l'aspect du papier et à rameaux lisses. Il porte des feuilles alternes, étroites lancéolées à limbes odorants lorsqu'on les froisse. Les fleurs, hermaphrodites, sont blanchâtres et disposées en épis très lâches. A maturité, elles donnent un fruit qui est une capsule.</span></span></p>

Elle pousse sur des sols acides ou peu acides plus ou moins bien drainés jusqu'à des sols saturés en eau du bord de mares, des lagons côtiers ou des rivières. Son aire naturelle se trouve dans la zone frontière entre l'Etat du Queensland et l'Etat de Nouvelle Galle du Sud. Aujourd'hui, l'arbre à thé est cultivé en Afrique, en Amérique centrale et en Inde</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 12pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 12pt;"> La distillation des feuilles fraiches de <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">Melaleuca alternifolia</em> produit 1 à 2 % d'huile essentielle, soit 10 à 20 grammes par kg de feuilles. L'utilisation et l'expérimentation de l'HE ne date que des années 1930. Utilisée en usage externe, pure ou diluée dans l'eau, l'HE a la propriété de pénétrer profondément les tissus infectés et d'accélérer <strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">l'élimination du pus</span></strong>. Elle se révèle comme un <span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>puissant antiseptique</strong></span>, non agressif pour les tissus sains. Dès cette époque, elle est employée en traumatologie dans les <strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">plaies</span></strong>, <strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">brûlures</span></strong> et en dermatologie dans les cas d'<strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">acné</span></strong> et de <strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">furonculose</span></strong>.</span></span></p>

Merci pour votre proposition. Je ne sais pas si ça vous est possible ou si ça vous intéresse, j'aimerais beaucoup un article parlant des teintures mères et alcoolatures, tout au moins des idées<br />
pour leur utilisation. Je pense que ce sont des remèdes pas chers et qu'on peut même facilement se faire soi-même quand on dispose d'un jardin sans produits chimiques.<br />
Je possède de la teinture mère d'arnica, mais je ne sais pas trop comment m'en servir. Est-il possible d'en faire des pommades, des huiles de massage, etc....Avec quelles autres teintures peut-on<br />
la mélanger ?<br />
La plupart se prennent par voie interne, mais celles dont ce n'est pas le cas, peut-on les utiliser pures en massages, en compresses ???<br />

_*Macération alcoolique : mode d’emploi*_Mettre les parties thérapeutiques dans un récipient en verre opaque, et<br />
recouvrir d’alcool à 90°, bien refermer pour éviter toute évaporation.<br />
Laisser ensuite macérer pendant 12 jours dans un endroit sombre. Prendre<br />
soin de filtrer, avant son utilisation. Bien qu’il n’y ait pas de<br />
recette en ce qui concerne la posologie générale il est bon de prendre<br />
le remède 3 à 6 fois par jour en dehors des repas à raison de quinze à<br />
vingt gouttes à chaque prise.<br />
Certains composants comme les phytostérols et les caroténoïdes sont<br />
liposolubles, ils sont extraits par macération huileuse.<br />

Déposer les parties thérapeutiques de la plante (ex : les sommités<br />
fleuries pour le millepertuis, calendula, pâquerettes …), et recouvrir<br />
d’huile de chanvre, d’olive, de noisette, de germe de blé ou de pépins<br />
de raisin…Laisser macérer dans un bocal en verre transparent si possible<br />
au soleil, pendant 21 jours (en prenant soin de le rentrer le soir afin<br />
qu’il ne soit pas exposé aux rayonnements lunaires). A ce terme, filtrer<br />
et presser la macération avant son utilisation en applications locales<br />
ou en compresses.<br />

Votre TM d'Arnica peut être utilisée à 5% dans de la Cétaline (excipient<br />
à pommade en pharmacie) ou dans de l'huile de Chanvre à 10% contre les<br />
