<p style="text-align: center;">Pr&eacute;chauffez le four &agrave; 200&deg;C.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">M&eacute;langez les farines, le bicarbonate et le sel. Faites un puits, versez au centre le lait ferment&eacute; (r&eacute;servez-en 2 cuill&egrave;res &agrave; soupe) et m&eacute;langez avec une fourchette du centre vers l&#39;ext&eacute;rieur. Inutile de p&eacute;trir, rassemblez juste la p&acirc;te de fa&ccedil;on &agrave; ce qu&#39;elle tienne en boule. Si la p&acirc;te est trop s&egrave;che, ajoutez le lait r&eacute;serv&eacute;.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Farinez le plan de travail et formez une boule.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Mettez-la sur une plaque de cuisson chemis&eacute;e de papier sulfuris&eacute;, aplatissez-la tr&egrave;s l&eacute;g&egrave;rement et entaillez le dessus en croix assez profonde avec la lame d&#39;un grand couteau.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;">Enfournez pour 30-35 minutes. Le pain doit &ecirc;tre bien dor&eacute; et sonner creux quand on tapote la base.</p>
